Beachfront Paradise on the North Shore
30 day rental only. Oahu is called the "Gathering Place" and is home of Waikiki, Diamond Head and Pearl Harbor. The windward side retains the subtle feeling of old Hawaii, a Hawaii before the multi-story hotels and condos of Waikiki, the urban traffic, and the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. It still has that wonderful sense of "Aloha" that you are welcomed and a friend.
Pat's a Punalu'u is about 30 miles from Waikiki and the Honolulu International Airport. The condo sits on a private, reef-protected beach, which is great for kids. The water is about waist to chest deep along the beach and is excellent for snorkeling. There is also a fresh water swimming pool, outdoor shower and beachfront exercise room. From the wrap around lanai you have a full palm-dotted view of ocean and mountains. The condo is only five miles from the number one tourist attraction on Oahu - the Polynesian Cultural Center - and a short 15-minute drive to the winter surfing competition at the "Banzai Pipeline" and "Sunset Beach." You are 45-minutes from the night life of Waikiki or snorkeling at Hunauma Bay.
Our one-bedroom "end unit" on the 3rd floor is absolutely the finest in the building. It has the largest lanai in the building with bar-height dining with an umbrella and 2 loungers for relaxing. It can accommodate up to five guests. It has recently been updated with the best of everything. Amenities include a a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The bedroom features hand-carved mahogany bedroom set with a king-size bed with deluxe linens. There is a washer and dryer in the unit...though you will probably be "living" in T-shirts, shorts and swimsuits. The condo has ceiling fans, 2 cable TVs with DVD players, a stereo and a books. We provide beach chairs, towels, a beach umbrella, snorkeling equipment, ice chest and other items for your trips to the beach. All you need is your sun screen and swimsuits.
